Quality control at TM “Bulit” does not start at the end of production. It begins at the stage of task analysis, technical specification review, drawings and engineering decisions made for the project.

During manufacturing, we check the compliance of materials, parts, welding work, assembly and finished equipment with the project requirements and the client’s production task.

Before handover to the client, the equipment undergoes a final operational check. This approach helps reduce risks, check the solution’s readiness for operation and confirm its compliance with agreed production conditions.

    Verification of technical documentation, calculations and compliance of solutions with the customer's production tasks prior to launch into production.

Equipment development and manufacturing at TM “Bulit” are carried out in accordance with the client’s technical specification, drawings, internal procedures and safety-related requirements defined for the project.

We check the compliance of the design, parts, assemblies and technological processes with the agreed documentation. Before handover, solutions undergo an internal technical inspection.

This approach helps verify equipment readiness for operation and its compliance with the client’s real production conditions.

  • Compliance of parts and assemblies with drawings — We check manufactured parts against drawings, geometry, fit requirements and conditions for further assembly.
  • Assembly and performance checks — Before handover to the client, we check assembly, the operation of key mechanisms and whether the equipment matches the agreed production task.
